Foods of Prestonpans

In February 2006, the Headmistress of Prestonpans Infant Primary School, Jean Gardiner, and East Lothian Council Arts Officer, Jo MAwsley, reached out to the Prestoungrange Arts Festivals to help them to create a mural for their new canteen.

Laura Young and a team of young designers aged between 5 and 7 designed and painted a mural that reflects healthy eating and Prestonpans’ history.
