The Cockenzie Procession

On the walls of the old Cockenzie Power Station, Andrew Crummy created a mural that depicts the annual Gala Queen parade and The Box Meeting. The parade shows important elements of Cockenzie history, including fishing and mining, the monks who started salt panning, and various famous people from Cockenzie. You can also see some of the main machinery in the Power Station.
